The terms and conditions governing your use of our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TurboTechAssist's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TurboTechAssist provides MVP development services, including but not limited to:

  • Web application development
  • Mobile application development
  • AI integration services
  • Technical consulting
  • Project management
  • Deployment and hosting support

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

Each project will have a defined scope, timeline, and deliverables as outlined in the project proposal. Changes to the scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

3.2 Project Timeline

We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as client feedback delays or third-party service issues.

3.3 Deliverables

Project deliverables will be specified in the project agreement and may include source code, documentation, deployment instructions, and training materials.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Typically, we require:

  • 50% upfront to begin development
  • 25% at project midpoint
  • 25% upon project completion

4.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the intellectual property rights to the custom code and deliverables created for their project.

5.2 Our Rights

We retain rights to:

  • Reusable code libraries and frameworks
  • Development methodologies and processes
  • Portfolio rights to showcase completed work

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, project details, and business strategies. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Service Level Agreement

7.1 Response Times

  • Initial response: Within 24 hours
  • Bug fixes: Within 48 hours for critical issues
  • Feature requests: Within 1 week for evaluation

7.2 Uptime

For hosted solutions, we target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss or security breaches
  • Third-party service failures

9. Warranty and Support

9.1 Warranty Period

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project completion for bug fixes and technical issues.

9.2 Post-Launch Support

Post-launch support is available through separate maintenance agreements or hourly consulting rates.

10. Termination

10.1 Client Termination

Clients may terminate projects with written notice. Partial refunds may be provided based on work completed.

10.2 Our Termination

We may terminate services for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of terms
  • Abusive behavior
  • Illegal activities

11. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Internet service disruptions
  • Third-party service failures

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
